Former Vice Governor at the National Bank of Serbia, Mr. Simic is a seasoned professional, published author and an avid art collector.
A strong track record that includes dozens of major restructuring, acquisition and advisory projects, predominantly domestic but also international, paves the way for IDC to be a partner of choice in entering complex but rapidly growing Serbian market.
Throughout his career, Mr. Simic has gained invaluable hands-on experience in identifying opportunity, analysis of macroeconomic, regulatory and legal issues, managing data quality, leading staff and developing exit strategies; the latter include loan and asset restructuring, passive run down, workout, loan and asset sales, pre-and bankruptcy process, consensual sales, joint ventures and co-investments to name a few.
Mr. Simic is happily married and a father of two.
